CLARKS SUMMIT – Today candidate for State Representative of Pennsylvania’s 114th District, Bridget Malloy Kosierowski, announces the endorsement of U.S. Senator Bob Casey.
“I’m proud to endorse Bridget Kosierowski in her March 12th special campaign to represent the people of the 114th legislative district,” said Senator Casey. “Bridget has the kind of life experience that will serve her well as a State Representative. For many years she has worked as a registered nurse, providing quality care to countless patients. This first-hand experience with our health care system will allow Bridget to hit the ground running in the fight to make health care more affordable for families in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Bridget is also the mother of four, one of whom had Leukemia at age four. I know she will fight as hard for children in our region as she did for her own. Her agenda reflects the priorities of the district: she’s committed to reducing health care costs and increasing access, improving our schools, and rethinking our property tax system so everyday Pennsylvanians see relief.”
“Senator Casey is a national leader whose top priority is improving people’s lives,” said Malloy Kosierowski. “Senator Casey’s example is one which I will work each day to model in Harrisburg and at home. It is an honor to have his support, his encouragement, and his friendship.”
Today’s endorsement follows recent endorsements from Senator John Blake, Representative Kyle Mullins (PA-112), Representative Marty Flynn (PA-113), the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners Local 445, and the PA Nurses Association.
